The Bay Point Billfish Open is an annual sport fishing tournament in Panama City Beach, FL, held at the Point South Marina in Bay Point.
Building on last year’s triumphant return, the Bay Point Billfish Open invites anglers to the Point South Marina in Bay Point for another year of premier sport fishing.
Local enthusiasts from Bay Point, in collaboration with renowned tournament organizers, are excited to host the Northern Gulf Coast’s most prestigious fishing tournament once again in Panama City Beach, Florida.
In its second year since the revival, the fishing tournament will showcase a competitive lineup of pelagic giants—Blue Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo, and Dolphinfish—accompanied by Catch & Release opportunities for all Gulf of Mexico Billfish species.
The 2024 Bay Point Billfish Open is set to continue its legacy with a prize pool expected to match or exceed the previous year’s impressive $1,000,000 total, bolstered by various optional entry categories.
Join us for what promises to be a riveting sequel to the most anticipated Elite Sport Fishing Tournament on the Northern Gulf Coast.
Tournament Awards
Tournament Cash Awards, based on 75 teams, will be given exclusively to the top three places in each of the five fishing categories listed below.
